“R7” is an impressive mixed-use commercial scheme that forms a key part of London’s 67 acre King's Cross regeneration. The £70M project, developed by Argent LLP and designed by Duggan Morris Architects, offers 14,400 square metres of office space across 10 storeys, together with a publicly accessible “internal street” at ground floor level that boasts shops, restaurants and an Everyman Cinema.

Kier’s project team employed offsite manufacturing techniques to drive quality and reduce the programme while using digital tools such as “Holobuilder” and “Matterport”; an impressive virtual reality capture system.
